The bottom of my feet hurt constantly. It feels like I have been walking on them all day long, even when I've been sitting for a long period. Any suggestions for relief?

Roll them on a hard tennis ball.the muscles click and release in your foot
It is called My Pain Away Fibro Cream. I got it at CVS. It helps ( temporarily)
My feet feel that way slot too and yes it feels better when I massage them or just soaking in hot water & sea salt. Also try adding shoe pads to ur shoes they help to but I've recently been wearing shoes with foam in them....they feel soooo good !
@AngelaDobbins- I rub a few drops of Frankincense diluted with fractionated coconut on the bottoms of my feet daily and I use a blend called Deep Blue on my sore muscles.
It could be related to diabetic neuropathy. I had a doctor tell me this about 5 years before I was diagnosed diabetic. I thought he was nuts. But it is true.
