Ear ringing

I have really bad ringing in my right ear. It got worse because of this cold weather in Houston. Please suggest something to ease my ear ringing.

There are some all natural tablets for the tinnitus. They are usually found by other ear products and they may also be by another product called Restful legs for restless legs syndrome. I can't think of the name but I think it's all made by Highlands. I've found it at all natural food stores, CVS and Walmart.
