So the last three or four days my legs feel like jelly. I can stand and walk fine but I feel like they are jittery and shaky. If I stand on one foot that leg shakes and vise versa. Anyone experience this? My arms feel the same. My whole body. Along with random muscle twitching, and soreness like I just ran a marathon.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I take NatureMade magnesium stearate. The tablets are 250 mg and I take 2 at night. I felt a response to my restless legs within a day or two but it does work better the longer you take it. Must be taken at night for better absorption. I like this brand because it is gluten and soy free. They do have a gel tablet that has soy in it but that only matters if you have a problem with soy like I do.
Fatigue. You need rest and put a heating pad on it. It takes time. Make sure your legs are not cold when you go out. I used to have that same problem until I wore leggings under my pants. The layers keep your legs warm and reduce symptoms in my experience ππππππ
YES! I've gotten this in the past as well. I've found that it's gotten much better since I started running and hiking again (got stronger) and also started taking a methyl-b complex supplement spray that has really helped some nutrient deficiencies I had. I hope you feel better soon!
Anyone have any recommendations on magnesium supplements, amounts, and how long does it take to see results?
I have this often. Standing or walking too much can bring it on. I have a desk job, so I'm blessed with that. But it's terrible to get it in the shower. I may need a shower chair. I've also considered a walking stick for shopping trips with my sis and to get up on bad flare days. Are you taking any magnesium? You might research it and see if it helps.
