Yes. Numbness in extremities...especially left arm. Shoulder girdle weakness ...carrying a purse makes my shoulder feel like i did a bog workout. Humming/vibrating sensation in hands and feet, feeling like there is a very low voltage of electricity running through me, twitching continuously in same spot for up to two weeks, head feels like a bowling ball attached mt my neck, fingers feel too uncoordinated to even text, burning tongue, tongue feels to big for my mouth making me feel like I cant speak properly, unable to articulate words properly, stuttering, tripping over words, saying the wrong words, too tired to dry hair, doors feel heavy to open (like metal doors to work office etc), bones hurt, shooting pains, burning skin, feeling like my skin is chaffed (like a rug burn), anxiety, troubel swallowing some days, my body cracks all over, shooting pain in hip, burning scalp.. just to name a few
Yes i have a lot of the same symptoms you described. I have burning sensations randomly all over my body i almost feel like it is on fire and that will be one min then ill be freezing cold the next with severe joint aching(cold makes it worse), i have tingling sensations in my hands ALL the time almost constantly and in my feet sometimes. My feet just like randomly go to sleep on me even when im up walking around and so i usually have to sit down because i cant walk on it when it goes to sleep, the speech problem YES its like my brain doesnt communicate with my mouth anymore ill know in my head what i want to say and something else that doesnt even makes sense comes out somtimes i also randomlt stutter and never had these issues it all started when i was diagnosed. I also will be holding stuff and just drop it out of nowhere its so random like my hand just gives out. So i think you are definitely experiencing fibro symptoms, and the worst of them.
Yep, sounds like it. I find new symptoms every so often. Each new one I find, I feel like a hypochondriac. I was rarely ever sick beforehand as well. It sucks. No way around it.
It walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck...If you ever find out it is something else, let me know. I am so sorry, but it sounds very similar to my symptoms. I so often wish it was not Fibro. but something that could be diag. and healed, but it isn't and it can't. That is what this site is for; to keep us from feeling like we are losing our minds (sometimes) There are so many nice people on this site; I should use them more or invite them to my pity parties. God Bless
These are Fibromyalgia symptoms there are so many symptoms that you feel like your body is out of control.
You need to see your Doctor or Rheumatologist so you can have a lumbar puncture to rule out MS.
Also the Rheumatologist can give you medication that you can trial to see if it works for you.
Not all medications work the same because we are all individuals and our metabolisms are totally different.
Hopefully you will find out for sure if you have MS not just Fibromyalgia.
