You need to go to a doctor or the ER since most doctors will send you there anyway for testis.. It could be fibro issues but it’s not usually that specific. They’re going to want to check your heart. Chest pain isn’t something to mess around with, please go.

I’ve had the same chest pain, pain in my left arm, racing heart rate and palpitations. I’ve had stress tests, xrays/scans, heart monitors, blood tests and ER visits and they keep saying nothing is wrong with my heart.

They called it costochondritis. Thanks Fibro once again :(
