A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Everyday my elbows hurt around the bone and even when i bend them. They hurt to touch also. Does anyone else deals with this pain. Or which type of doctor i should go see?

I would suggest going to a physical therapist and asking if they can do Dry Needling.

You might try trigger point injections and/or cortizone shots? My fibromyalgia specialist does this on my arms and shoulders.

Yes I ha e this deep pain in my elbows as well. One doctor told me its tennis elbow. I haven't had xrays but they have checked and checked and rechecked my blood work. Nothing comes back on it. However I did ask them to check my tsh, t4 and t3, all thyroid tests. My t4 is low. So my thyroid is off and that can cause pain in your muscles and joints.
