Hey sista lol, Lynn to add to your amazing information, my doc precribed me with m-magnesium gluconate 500 mg once a day before bed. It helps the following : ( A factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Helps in tissue formation. Helps to maintain proper muscle function and helps with sleep.)
I do sleep better but still only have 2 hrs a night only. But it is a deeper sleep. And not only malic acid that was recommended to me but acidic food like grapefruits and i drink water with lemons and can use limes also and oranges are excellent. So i have one grapefruit, lemon water an apple and 2 oranges a day and i have more energy than before. Hope this helps. Oh and as for salt the pink himalayan salt was highly recommended to.
Hope all is well and stay strong. Love you all big hugs xxxx
