Can’t say I’ve had that but today my left arm felt like someone hand punched it and my left ear felt like when my mean grandmother (god rest her soul) pulled on our ears if we didn’t listen. Literally the cartiledge is painful to touch
@A MyFibroTeam Member @A MyFibroTeam Member i get the crawling sensation too and yes the pinching sensation is a very painful pinch ..
I get that on my outer thighs sometimes. What I get more often is the sensation that something is crawling on me!
Mine is severe knee and calf pain. Like someone stabbing me in those areas. My husband will rub the areas that hurt forr as long as I can take it. Warm baths help a little. I basically feel like my whole body is bruised all the time.
I get all kinds of weird sensations in my legs (actually all over my body). Its a type of neuropathy/restless leg condition (having to do with the nerves). It is one of the many symptoms that we can have with fibro. I would confirm this with your dr because there are a number of conditions that can cause this same type of feeling. Diabetes being the most common or it could be a side effect from a medication.
Sometimes walking or stretching have helped relieve the symptoms for me. Ive also had success with compression hose helping. If you want to go the medication route lyrica helps with these symptoms.
Hope this helps.
