@everyone, I just saw while scrolling through Facebook that ABC news announced the new technology that doesn’t have any side effects and is a more natural way to get pain relief. In their trials, it has significantly improved fibro patients. It looks like a little scale and you put your feet on it and it sends electrical nerve impulses through a specific muscle and increases blood flow to brain and areas that is painful to decrease symptoms. I didn’t know if anyone has tried it or not and if it worked

Taking 350 mgs. (divided doses) of magnesium citrate, with calcium, in addition to a multi-vitamin, and other supplements have increased my energy levels, and helps with the pain some. I have both fibro./chronic fatigue syndrome.
I use like tablets that you put in water. They are great
