I have GAD Generalized Anxiety Disorder with Fibroma and CFS and find that pure Lavender oil a couple drops on your wrists (rub together) every night just as you get into bed helps relaxed you and sleep better.

I get chest tightness and right arm squeezing pain. It’s a scary feeling. It happens when I’m very stressed and anxious. It can be debilitating at times. I try breathing techniques to get through it. Doesn’t always help. I’m going to try the lavender oil now. Thanks for the tip @A MyFibroTeam Member!
