I haven't found any foods that make me feel worse or better and I have tried many over the years, such as eliminating. I don't believe there is any proof that foods make a difference, but it seems to for some. I think carbs and sugars in generally can make anyone feel fatigued so if that is your main symptom, avoiding those may help a little bit. However, I think if the fatigue is mostly from your fibro, changing your food may not make much of a difference. It never has for me really.

I've been told over and over by doctors to do keto, but I found it to restricting. I have Celiac so I have had to give up wheat rye, and barley over a year ago. I am giving up added sugar, but it's a long slow process. I do low carb (50ish grams a day), As for foods I eat meats and veg, limit my dairy, no processed foods...if it came in a box or already prepared I do not eat it, except for chocolate...having issues giving it up. It's my last indulgence.
