I stick to whole natural foods with no unknown ingredients. I have eliminated refined sugar completely. When I eat some I know it within a few hours. I end up miserable. I try to make sure I get good nutrients in every day. I focus on protein, healthy fats and micronutrients like omega 3 fatty acids and fiber.
