Does anyone know if there's certain foods to avoid or eat more of?

Thanks X

Sugar is really bad as well as nightshade vegetables. The main aim for me is eating healthy veges, fruit, nuts etc and I have cut out gluten that's another trigger for me.

I hate allergy testing done on foods and found a number of foods that trigger my FM. Some of the foods don't. I imagine it is different depending on what you react to. For me broccoli, dark greens, beef, pork, and corn are triggers. I tested positive for tomatoes and they don't bother me at all. The testing helped me a lot. I was skeptical, but I'm a believer now.

Dairy! I love yogurt and have been experiencing severe pain which my dr told me is from having fibromyalgia which doesn't handle dairy well.

Eliminate dairy for 60 days, then slowly add some cheese, then butter. ALSO
Humans are the only species that drinks milk after weaning.
You should also lose some weight doing this.๐Ÿ˜
