Members connected over the shared experience of painful toes and feet, with many describing burning sensations that worsen at night, cold toes despite hot weather, and pain along the sides and arches. Several members shared that their symptoms were linked to psoriatic arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis rather than fibromyalgia alone, diagnosed through blood tests with a rheumatologist, and treated with medications like chemo drugs and Simponi injections. A recurring theme was the importance of wearing good shoes, using orthopedic insoles, gentle walking, and treating feet kindly while continuing to stay as active as possible despite the pain.
