So I went to my neurologist yesterday because my issues with memory and forgetfulness have gotten worse. I’ve also started slurring my words every now and then, I’ve lost my balance and I’ve gotten very clumsy lately, I’ve also noticed that my skin feels very tingly like I’m itchy all day long ESPECIALLY at night. There is a test you can take by a Psychologist..that is well worth taking..its very thorough ,it is a Cognitive test..it shows your memory, dysfunction ,also focus problems ,.fibro fog is real,.It was a 3 hour test..my brain was fried by the time I was done. The test, states ",major impairments" in every category ,Fibromyalgia makes this happen, and it can be proved...so good luck to you..I do know how frustrating it is,,when no-one believes you..my heart goes out to you. Many doctors..have not done any research about Fibromyalgia.in the Cognitive area...most GP's are only concerned about giving you medications for our symptoms, .and ignore the cognitive problems, ..because medications for symptoms is where they make their money. But the lucky thing is, we can now prove Fibromyalgia is real.. in the Cognitive Dysunctions, and all 200 symptoms..gentle hugs your way.
Yes ive gotten dianosed with other conditions that so many push off as just fibro related but thabks to testing proved otherwise.

I used to be so smart and quick with answers to a simple question and conversations. Now there are times I am stumbling over my words. I have to stop and think about what I want to say before saying anything. It has to be the most upsetting thing out of all of my symptoms. It feels like my mind and body have been taken over by aliens. I miss the me I used to be.
