Does anyone else’s toes always ache, like if your toes were freezing, but they ache even when they’re not cold? Any tips on how to ease the ache?

This sounds silly, but I find that wearing fuzzy socks and trying to keep my feet cushioned/warm helps a good deal.

My lower 1/2 of my feet are cold every day, worse in the PM. And they feel cold to touch, although I have normal pulses and color. I wear thick socks to bed, then have to remove them in the middle of the night because I get so warm.

Yeh and my toes turn blue, i wear thick woolen socks and raise my feet while lying on my couch. My aches in my toes and feet are due to arthritis though.

Sometimes my feet can feel so cold they hurt so put socks on and other times they feel cold and instead are warm to the touch. Has anybody noticed being comfortable temp wise in a room and then feel your skin and it's actually quite cold to the touch. Weird!
