Just wondering does anyone else experience a lot of tenderness on the bottom of your feet? Where walking is just a super tedious task? This happens to me when I wake up mostly, some days worse than others. I get the same thing in my hands, where they’re sore and tender and I can’t hold things. Although that’s more frequently, it doesn’t impede walking and make me hobble around looking extremely silly.

I have the same symptoms almost everyday both hands and feet when I wake up. It really does make me look silly in the mornings sometimes if I have to get up abruptly haha. I haven't found any particular method besides just better sleep hygeine and not eating before bed.

I get achey hands and feet but pretty sure mine is arthritis related. Had an x-ray of one foot for unrelated issues and it showed I have little perfect extra bits of bone to the left of every joint lol, docs were stumped.

I have the same problem. I find that if I get up and slowly put weight on my feet and gradually walk around it gets better. Mornings are the worst. Rings are always tight on my fingers in the morning until I use my hands a while. I had to leave some of my rings off due to the fluid in my fingers.

It could be plantar fasciitis. Talk to your doctor.
