I had an episode of vertigo for the first time almost a year ago. I felt "off" today the time I woke up. In the afternoon I ended up taking 2 meclizine and it helped but I still feel so "off"
No migraine, but was told I had "A" typical migraine without pain. In my case this doc was wrong. My dizziness was caused by severe anxiety disorder, chronic subjective dizziness.
Are you on any new meds, Rx or over the counter? Check the bottles to see if any can cause the dizziness.
Had it ages. I use betahistene pills 3 a day off Dr. But the Perrin technique massage really helps it I m much better

Yes, feeling dizzy, unsteady frequently, on a daily basis. A few years back I had this 24/7 horrible experience, relentless - visited specialist several times, only to be told there is nothing they can do. Chronic subjective dizziness. I was prescribed Diazepam (Valium, Seduxen) 5 mg for acute dizziness, but that does not help me . Vertigo can caused by Meniere's disease, or viral infections or after air travel, also. Family member has Meniere's has been successfully treated with meds and was told to perform daily vestibular exercise to prevent it from coming back, also was put on very low sodium diet.
