...Also, vaping prevents the inhalation of 95% of smoke carcinogens. Smoke it and it is better than smoking cigarettes, but smoking is not the best way to take this medicine. Edibles are also a good way to take the medicine as the effects last about a good 5 hours or so instead of 1-2 hours with other methods. So there are ways to make the cannabis stretch as well as your money. Also, choosing strains that are high in certain terpenes are helpful. I use strains that have profiles with a good amount of myrcene and linalool. Basically, anything that tastes and smells like fruity blueberry or lemony/citrus will have these. Hope all this info helps! Much love and I hope you end up with a good solution for the pain. We are all in this together, even if we feel alone. *gentle hugs*

I have but they want money. If you are interested just go ahead and buy some. It is well known but NOT well accepted by many in the Medical Community and Law Inforcement that marijuana helps with a lot of issues associated with FM. If it were legal here I would smoke it daily. When shopping make sure it is a reputable company and know whether or not your Oil is CBD only or also has THC in it. My Psych Dr does drug screens at every visit so I would only be able to use the CBD only oil. The only reason I don't use it now is because of the cost and I am unable to work, therefore broke and not yet approved for Disability.

I have been using CBD oil and it has helped. I completely went off the meds. Perhaps it's mind over matter? As I am against taking medication. However, I have to take the oil every night before going to bed for it to have full effect. When the pain is unbearable I do smoke with a vape, as it kicks in quicker than smoking a preroll. Harlequin is a 75/25 Sativa-dominant strain and it has done wonders for me. It eliminates the pain and relaxes the muscles within minutes.

I use a CBD salve on my skin and find it soothing because it makes the muscles feel warm and relaxed instead of hurting my skin.
