Remember, your body is constantly fighting the pain so you are going to be exhausted!!!
I take Cymbalta which I just started in August because I had to go off of Savella in May due to side effects. I started taking 30 mg once a day and it seemed to help my symptoms overall some. My doctor increased it to 60 about 2 months or so ago.
Iβm also on Atenolol for blood pressure, Synthroid for hypothyroid, Ranitidine for acid reflux, Zyrtec for allergies (doesnβt really help) and CBD oil.
I can't believe I forgot to ask about all the medications you are taking. While many of the common meds we are prescribe offer some symptom relief, most are notorious for causing issues with not only our sleep architecture but daytime energy levels as well. It's a double edge sword trying to get better.
I was tested for Lupus many years ago but not recently. Iβll mention that to my doctor.
Iβll also try changing my diet and see if that helps.
Thanks!
