I literally cannot remember conversations that happened 30 mins prior, and often don’t remember lots from the day before. Anyone else? Should I be worried??

Members overwhelmingly related to experiencing severe memory problems and 'fibro fog,' sharing stories of forgetting conversations minutes later, buying duplicate items, misplacing belongings in strange places like keys in the fridge, and even momentarily forgetting a pet's name. Many community members described practical coping strategies including keeping notepads or journals nearby, using phone reminders for important tasks, writing down daily activities to help retain memories, and giving themselves grace and extra time to process information. A recurring theme was the profound frustration of cognitive decline that affects work, education, and daily life, coupled with the added pain of not being believed or understood by others who don't live with fibromyalgia.
