I’m about to start the high fat-low carb keto diet that my fiancé has been on. He absolutely loves it and asked me if I would consider trying it since it’s supposed to help reduce inflammation. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this diet and what the results were.

I am on it. It absolutely helps with pain. Just get through the first two weeks and you’ll start feeling so much better! Dietdoctor.com is a great site to get started.

Going to try it. Dr. Colbert is brilliant. His practice is a hour and a half from me.

Ive heard it work for some. I went hard core and went on the raw food diet. I think it rapidly reduces inflammation faster. However, keto is more ideal long term i think. If you try let me know how it works for you.
