A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hey everyone, I was curious about diet for fibro. Does anything make your symptoms worse? What do you avoid? What do you eat that helps?
Thanks in advance! :)

Me too! FInding what works is a trial and error process. Keep Researching, asking and trying what you can.

I did Gluten Free for 2 months and didn’t feel much of a difference. I did start Vegetarian-Vegan in February and I do feel a difference. I’ve had a day here and there that I’ve had diary or eggs. It’s a challenge but so far it’s beem worth it and makes me want to keep it up.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I’ve gone gluten free already and I’m practically dairy free. I’ll have to avoid that all together. I only eat dark chocolate and fruit for sweets, so I guess I’m headed in the right direction. Thanks :)
