I take two antidepressants for sleep more than anything and I get it from my primary care physician. I find Psychiatrist will start to label you this or that so I just let my doctor treat me with my symptoms when it comes to that. I did not name anything in particular because I am allergic to a lot of them and it works different in individuals. Just check with a doctor who cares. They start you low and then raise it until it helps you.
I take Effexor, more for moodiness, then depression.
@A MyFibroTeam Member sorry to hear that. I had it twice today. Out of the blue. I suffered from it 5 years ago and now here we go again. I take Xanax but it occurs anyway. Do you take Something ?
Yes. I'll start to sweat, feel ill, get confused, feel like I might faint, n panic. I tend to get them in crowds, or in unfamiliar places. They hold me back from going to places/events in fear that I will have one.
I take 2 antidepressants & Xanax. Not going to lie - I'm a teacher & every time there is a school shooting I panic when I go to work....
