I dont feel as though CBT has helped me. However, CBT looks at whats causing problems and how to cope with those problems. My therapist also will explain our brain and bodies response to things, which is the one thing I found helpful from CBT.

Cbt has no effect on fibro.
Cant understand why youve been reccimended that....
