It does work but make sure your dr starts you off on a low dose to see how you react to it. With me for instance it makes me very drowsy anything higher then 500mg a day i cant function.

I am on 1600 mg of gabapentin a day to help relieve my burning nerve pain. I divide it into three dieses.. .help a. I was also on cymbals for about 6 years but stopped it due to extreme dry mouth and cough. Exercise helps

It does work somewhat for me but not as much as Lyrica did. My co-pay for Lyrica now is over $250.00 a month and I can't afford it right now. I'm going to contact the drug company & apply for financial assistance. Originally I was on both Lyrica and Gabapentin.

@Getting of Cymbalta.... Personally for me....It doesn't work for me n I take 4 a day...W Meloxicam plus,2 kinds of muscle relaxer.4x'S a day...However, All together helps a little! Nothing stops the pain!!! I HAVE HAD FIBROMALGIA SINCE 2005 THOUGH...I guess nothing well never help!!! Soft Hugs to u all!
