I starfish. Lay in bed, no pillow, arms and legs
Spread to position where no muscle is used. I call it “starfishing”. Sometimes with headphones listening to asmr’s or affirmations

Bath with lots of Epsom salts in, take magnesium malate and to get lots of sleep. If necessary take melatonin to help that along.

I don't use gabipenten or lyrica i gained so much weight with them so i take hydrocodone it helps some

Hot bath, forcing myself to move more not less when a flare hits, sleep...as much as I can get until it passes.

My heating pads and pain meds . I have tried everything else.
