Does anyone else hurt when they are laying in bed. My back and my legs hurt so badly. The tops of my feet hurt when they are covered up. I can not keep my legs still. Does anyone have any advise.

I also do there is some things I do so I can sleep. I put a pillow or bunched up blanket in between my legs making sure my legs don't touch. I also keep my feet uncovered I have a fan going the air from the fan not only provides white noise to concentrate on but the air creates a light touch massage . On really bad nights i take a warm/ hot bath with lavender scented baby bath in the water or/and with epsom salts . It helps me relax enough to at least go to sleep for a few hours

Hello ;) i'm sorry you're in pain. I know how you feel. You know what helps a little is a roll on stick i found at walmart called Active on. Red label. It is a deep anesthetic roll on stick that relieves sore aching muscles. I find it helps me. Good luck..

I use a bed cradle to keep the blankets up off my feet. Before I got it I used a fluffy pillow under the covers at the foot of the bed.

My friend has restless legs and found a supplement called restless legs at walmart. She said it works great. As for the pain, i just make sure that i move from side to side all night. If i stay on one side too long, i wake up to my hips hurting bad. I hope you feel better. Hugs
