Members widely related to experiencing flu-like symptoms at the end of the day, with many noting that these episodes tend to occur after particularly busy or tiring days rather than daily. Several members shared practical strategies that help them manage these symptoms, including resting when possible, using heat therapy on sore areas, taking pain relievers, warming up with blankets, and one member mentioned using colloidal silver for immune support. A recurring theme was the frustration of how fibromyalgia limits daily energy and activity, with many describing an earlier bedtime and the need to stop functioning by evening as their pain and exhaustion intensify.

I have certain hours throughout the day where I'm so sore it makes me feel sick! Usually by six, I am done and not much gets done after that. My bedtime is getting earlier every month it seems and so many times throughout the day I could just lay down and sleep! It bothers me to think how I used to be and now my pain is so bad I literally feel sick!

People have descibed fibro as having a severe case of the flu, mainly because of the allover body aches. I feel like this mainly when i am in a fibro flare. When i get a sore throat, i take extra collodial silver. I take an ounce of it every night but if i start feeling sick, I take alot more. You can get it at most health food stores or vitamin stores or online. Just make sure it says 100% silver is used. I have a pharmacist friend that makes it and sells it for $25 a gallon but it is much more expensive anywhere else. It has kept me from getting a full blown cold or flu for years. Good luck and i hope you feel better. Hugs
