@A MyFibroTeam Member, My hair is thinning also with age but it could also mean a vitamin deficiency or Biotin is low. You could try Biotin supplements see if it helps.
Major hair loss has happened due to fibro. I've had my thyroid levels checked and other bloodwork was done and the results all come back normal (my thyroid level is one number away from slight concern). But my hair has fallen out on top of my head after turning very dry and brittle. I use to color, perm, wash it once every week and cut my hair but there was so much loss on top I now to wear wigs. What I did discover though was a way to regrow a lot of it which has worked. I use castor oil and a combination of other essential oils and the fall out has slowed down remarkably and in some areas, grown in better than it's ever been in my life. I'm not trying to sell anything because it's not something you can get in a store I actually make this solution up myself. My daughter has been using it too with great results, the dryness and brittleness is gone. I also had to stop washing my hair in harsh shampoos (I make my own shampoo too with tea tree oil )and now only wash it once a month.

My hair falls out.
My hair is totally thinning and I used to have very thick hair. Of course I'm old so that may be a reason as well.
Yes, I'm experiencing hair loss too.
