Members shared their experiences with debilitating foot pain, describing sensations ranging from standing on dry ice to walking on hot coals, with many experiencing burning, swelling, numbness, and lightning-like nerve pain that makes even wearing socks unbearable. Several members found relief through medications like Neurontin and Tegretol for nerve pain, though some noted challenging side effects, while others shared practical home remedies including soaking feet in hot Epsom salt baths, applying coconut oil before bed, using muscle creams, and wearing toe-separating socks that provide significant overnight comfort. A recurring theme was the relentless nature of the pain and the constant search for relief, whether through medical intervention or creative self-care strategies that help members stay mobile and functional.

Yes! My toes feel like they're broken and cramped. My ankles get stiff so i rotate my foot to pop my ankle. I put muscle cream all over my foot. I have special socks i wear. They seperate the toes and fit as a sock.OMG! It is so better in the morning.

Yes, since early last spring the lower top part of both my feet started hurting quite badly, then over the summer that improved a little, but now my toes will burn and be very painful after a day of being on my feet a lot. I soak my feet in very hot water with Epsom salts (if I have them). That helps a great deal.

Do you get the toe socks somewhere special? I've not tried that yet.
