I just purchased Vitascents hemp soothing lavender jelly. I can't use aspercream because it burns my skin so badly. Any suggestions are welcome. Since these creams can be pricey. I also recently ordered Penetrex but haven't felt any significant relief.

@A MyFibroTeam Member Hi, it's Viv. Don't really get by what you mean for muscles. If you're thinking of dry itchy skin, I use Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E. I use it everywhere that's dry, itchy & red.
If you mean for muscle pain, I always carry with me a tube of Liv Relief created by a Canadian doctor whose wife also suffers from fibro & chronic pain. I also have a prescription cream called DICOFLENAC that has to be mixed by a pharmacist. It's a combination of the anti-inflammatory medicines & chronic pain creams. It's 10X the strength of regular Voltaren.
I hope that's what you're asking. Have a good night & take care. πππ
I use BIOFREEZE can get it at Walmart or massage place

VOLTAREN - Extra Strength. It is a gel and works great. There are several different kinds so watch that you don't buy one for Joint Pain unless you also have that. :-)
