I just get nauseated a lot but not sure if it is the diabetes or Fibro or what! I keep nausea meds with me all of the time. Sometimes eating does make me nauseous but sometime it doesn't!

I thought I was not well, assuming that the flare up and swelling was to do with the vomiting, never thought it would be the other way round

yes, but if I don't eat I then get a migraine. I have found that I can stomach those meal replacement shakes (various brands) sipped slowly over about 15 mins, and if I have the energy to I whizz up a green smoothy - spinach and apple and whatever bits and bobs of raw fruit are lying about. I don't feel any less sick but I at least then don't end up with extra symptoms due to not eating

Worst time for me . Hate fibro and all the symptoms it gives us especially during flares. I dont really eat and struggle to even just sip water
