I'm a movie lover too. What are your favorite movies? Is there a place where you can go, where people can post their favorite tools.
I find that if I use distraction, I can get through most of the pain & depression. Not the extreme pain & depression. But most of it. This has vastly improved my quality of life.
Wouldn't it be great, if we had one place, where we could list our favorite movies.
A place where we could list our favorite movies & shows on Netflix.

I'm so sorry, I just joined the group last night. I love movies, crime shows and football. I will see if I can help us find or start something like that. U know I use to cry and b so depressed I can't do anything and that's not me. I keep myself busy and my mind is always going. I found crying doesn't help it just drained s the tiny bit of energy u have. Take one day at a time. Go with the flow take care of and listen to your body. It's getting cold keep yourself warm that is very important. Surround yourself with books the remote and cards your phone whatever u like to do when u can do the norm. Remember one day at a time. If u look at it like that it doesn't seem so bad. Wendy😏
That's a good idea to be able to have separate boards or forums that are for different interest/hobbies/coping strategies.
I do this also scary movies usually take my mind off of pain for awhile. I used to decorate fish tanks in a game on Facebook fish world it was so relaxing I can’t concentrate now with withdrawals. Now I can only play an angry shark eating game lol
U know I ask someone else about a place we cld put favorite movies or anything and compare. The 3 bars beside the heading my fibro team I clicked that and down the line was something called a pin board. I haven't actually looked and no one has answered me on that question either.
U guys r warriors and nothing short of. We all r. Fibro is a ongoing never ending war. I praise God for the good days. And believe me I'm so funny I kept people laughing and that helps. Don't try to figure me out I'm a little bit twisted lol, that's me. I love life even with the fibro.
