It could also be caused by meds.

I am dizzy a LOT.. My Dr said it's the migraines, but I think it's a little of both.

I had a lot of dizziness (Vertigo) issues. The doctor told me that it was the crystals in my inner ear had broken loose and needed to be put back in place and that Physical Therapy could do that. I have had some good results with that.

Another thing that can cause dizziness is fluid behind the ear drum.

See your doctor and ask questions. There are many reasons for vertigo issues.

I have had several periods of my life since fibromyalgia that I went through a lot of dizziness. One was so severe that I would almost lose consciousness. Never found any other reason for that. One period of dizziness turned out to be due to savella. My legs would go out from under me. Changing my meds helped stop it that time a lot. It is common, but, don't rule out other causes until you talk to your doctor.
