Has Anyone Else Discovered Joints Feel 'tight' But If You Crack Your Joint You Get Relief?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm sure I'm driving my co workers nuts, but.... I get this tight uncomfortable feeling in some joints, and if I crack them I feel relief, like my fingers, wrists, ankles. So I'm cracking my hands and wrists all day at work. The joints don't necessarily crack themselves. Sure I've got the creaks and cracks of old injuries, but this is in joints I've never hurt. And I don't remember it being this way before fibro.

I really like making joints crack, I feel like it helps. I like stretching and moving my shoulders/back/knees/hips. I probably look strange but I don't care, I would rather do that than be uncomfortable.

My wrists go all the time, wish my shoulders would! Sorry that's why yours do.

I feel like I get a release when I crack my knuckles and toes and my collarbone

Before I do it feels like the biggest build up of pressure and I have to crack them

I always get told off for it to
