Has anyone had the feeling of bugs crawling on your skin ???

The past couple of weeks I keep getting a feeling like a bug crawling on me, usually on my legs and arms but sometimes on my face and head, but there isn't anything there. Frustrating.

Members connected over the unsettling sensation of bugs crawling on their skin, with many identifying it as a symptom of Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) that often worsens at night and can occur all over the body, not just the legs. Several members shared that overactive nerves cause this frustrating feeling, and some found relief through moisturizing lotion on affected areas, while one member mentioned that the medication Topamax made the sensation worse. A recurring theme was the value of getting a sleep study done to confirm RLS, with members encouraging each other to follow through with medical testing and offering mutual support for this maddening symptom that disrupts sleep and daily life.

You're welcome @A MyFibroTeam Member for the link. I had a sleep study done and they said my legs never stopped moving all night!! Go figure.... supposed to be resting and my legs try to take off. LOL Well, at least they haven't hit the floor to sleep walk......yet. I hope you have a Blessed week.

OMG yes!!!! It usually happens to me when I'm trying to sleep. I don't get much sleep when that happens. Sometimes I also feel like I'm getting bit by like a fire ant. It feels so much like it that I automatically look to see if there's an ant on me. I feel for you!
