I feel like bugs are crawling on me. I get it hear and there. Dose anyone else get this? And or why this is?
I do. It was one of my first symptoms. My doctor originally told me it was an allergic reaction to something, but then an allergist concluded it was not and declared the cause of it "autoimmune". At this point I have just chalked it up to being one of my many weird fibro symptoms. It comes and goes, and I've noticed that sometimes it is made worse by taking my opiate pain medications, though most of the time they don't cause it.
Yes, I actually have to look to see if it is a bug or not. Today, it was my left wrist. I must have checked that wrist a dozen times today expecting to see an ant or something. Nothing was there. Also, sometimes parts feel as if they are getting bitten by a bug. On day and didn't look and assumed it was nothing but that particular time it was a bug biting my leg.
There is good chance that you have RLS ( Restless leg syndrome ) too .. :-) Buzzing in thigh or everywhere in leg, sometimes it can be in another parts of body, for example hands, face, shoulder..
Yep, I have it too. I have no idea what causes it but I do know that the Myofascia is the system to transport waste from muscles out of body. Stuck waste causes trigger points and muscle pain. I think it also helps to create skin sensitivity as well. I also get what feels like an electrical jolt in my leg so it jerks. Some times one leg will have what I call the heebeejeebees where I need to move it. When that happens I take a muscle relaxer and it eventually calms down.
