I have had Fibromalgia for 12 years now n my body changes all the time...including Insomina for the last 4 years I take Tramadol...BC I also jerk! Tramadol is a muscle relaxer n it really helps but I also take Melotonin, OVER THE COUNTRY W IT! If I dont,I don't sleep like now it's 4:18 am now BC I forgot n ran out of Melotonin! ♡
Same here, can't get to sleep. Every night. To be honest, there's days when my body needs it & I'll sleep until the afternoon hours. (My husband doesn't like it though). I don't do it on purpose. 😐
God Bless you.
I myself suspect I have sleep apnea in addition to being an insomniac. Whether they are Fibro related I'm uncertain but both have followed me my whole life. I'm waiting to partake in a sleep study for a proper diagnosis and hopefully relief! I can barely fall asleep and when I do it is a restless sleep.
This is jaml again. I did not put that link at the bottom of my comment. Not sure how it got there.
Here in the US tramadol is no an opiate, it acts like one but isn't. I agree I don't think it is meant as a muscle relaxer but since it helps with pain then one might relax and therefore the muscles relax.https://www.myfibroteam.com/treatments
