Do anyone take medicine for sleep? If so does it make and help you stay asleep? What is the name of it also?

I just got off the phone with my rheumatologist and she said I am not sleeping due to anxiety and she is putting me on remaron. she said it will take awhile to work but it is a hypnotic. She told me to still take my Ambien CR for a few months and stay on my Xanax. The ambien CR is not working anymore. She told me to come off my low dose wellbutrin and my low dose zoloft. I was bawling my eyes out cause I am so tired of pain and the inability to sleep like a normal person, it effects my entire life. Talk to your doctor please. We are sleep deprived and it is a wonder that we function at all. Love you (((hugs)))

I take 2x7.5 MG. of zoplicone every nite, sleep for about 2hrs..then awake..Dahl!!! Lol..recently I have been also taking 2 gravol with zoplicone..Tadah! Have been sleeping deeper and don't wake til morning..feel rested.I also sleep with ice packs on both shoulders , between knees and at back of neck..feel like a hibernating polar bear..lol..Attending Church every Sunday is my saving grace..My strong faith is what keeps me alive. This summer I have been in horrific pain every day..waiting for a pain clinic referral..takes a long time..want to try lidocaine infusions..my neighbor has had them for 10yrs.almost pain free . So have to fight suicidal thoughts as their are so many things to enjoy...God bless everyone...praying for comfort for all...xoxo

I take zopiclone (sleeping tablets) which helps me sleep for a good 5-6 hours. I also have gabapentin but I only take them at night as they can make you drowsy too. Go and see your gp. Good luck xx

Evelyn where do you get CBD oil for night time? I'm not familiar with that but would like to check it out. Thanks.
