Several members shared their personal medication journeys, with one finding relief through Buspar and Lamotrigine, while others cautioned about side effects and the importance of self-advocacy with doctors. I love documentaries about animals. They are amazing. Also, I like videos on YouTube that show places around the world. I can sightsee from my chair.

YouTube is a wonderful way for me to explore so many things.

I wish you well on your journey to find what interests you.

Howdy! I wanted to share my experience with Bipolar and extreme anxiety to include agoraphobia. My mood stabilizer is 100 mg of Lamitrogin and 5 months ago I started on 10 mg 3 X per day of Buspar. I also take 200 mg of Trazadone for sleep. The combination keeps my depression at bay. I can laugh, I can relax and I can cry about sad things without getting depressed. The Buspar has helped settle my anxiety enough that I can go to medical appointments on my own and even go get my nails done every 2 weeks. Let's just say I feel better about life.
