I heard that ultram is very addictive ?
Almost all fibro meds are addictive. I was on Cymbalta but it stopped working so I wanted to stop taking them. I weaned per my doctors and pharmacists recommendations....I went thru HELL getting off of them. It took me 6 months to get off them completely 😢
I believe it is a Morphine antagonist.

I was on Cymbalta for maybe two weeks at the lowest dose and of course had intolerable side effects so I thought since I hadn't been on it long I would just stop, wow that was horrible! I had withdrawals for several days that is right up there with Tramadol. Nasty stuff that your body immediately becomes dependent on. Or at least that was my experience.
It is an opiate just under the Percocet I am on them but I only use them when I really have to.
I was on tramadol which is made by the same company. I stopped taking it after years of being prescribed it. I was in withdrawal for several weeks, thought I was going to die. For me personally I wouldn't take either one. Effexor although not a pain pill has the same effect when you stop taking it. Be careful.
