Yea I get that upper back burning pain too sometimes it's like a jumping thing in my rib cage hard to explain also get the burning in chest sometimes had palpations last nite too which has left me feeling tired and weak today it's a horrible ilness Fribomyagila which no one understands unless you have it ❤️

I have rib cage pain and back pain at the same time. It is feels as if my rib cage is squeezing my lungs and I can not get a breath. When I breathe I have sharp pains that make me grasp for air. They come and go. I just had a flare of it two weeks ago.
