Members affirmed that foot and calf pain can absolutely be part of fibromyalgia, though they emphasized the importance of ruling out other conditions like neuropathy, diabetes, or blood clots through medical evaluation. Several members shared practical relief strategies including Epsom salt soaks, CBD cream, turmeric supplements, compression or copper socks, massage with golf balls, the Melt Method for legs and feet, daily stretching with resistance bands, and keeping feet elevated after activity. A recurring theme was that fibromyalgia symptoms vary widely from person to person, with some experiencing burning sensations, pins and needles, stiffness after rest, or pain so severe it makes walking difficult, and that staying proactive with movement, massage, and self-care can help manage symptoms even though the condition is lifelong.

This is one of my fears that the pain will become so intense that eventually, I won`t be able to walk. I to have the feet and hands issue as well my shoulders and arms.

Pain in my feet and hands on a daily basis, its generally continuous at this time. I use the copper gloves and use compression socks and copper socks, it does helps some but still hurts, the pain is starting to be on the bottoms of my feet as well, certainly making it difficult to walk.
