Members shared their experiences with restless leg syndrome and nighttime pain affecting legs, back, shoulders, and hips, with many describing the frustration of brief relief from stretching followed by the pain returning within minutes. Several members offered practical remedies that have helped them personally, including magnesium supplements or spray before bed, quinine tablets, Salonpas patches, muscle rubs like freeze spray, hot baths combined with Tylenol, and investing in memory foam mattresses and pillows. A recurring theme was the search for both medical and homeopathic solutions, with suggestions to check potassium levels and consider medications like pramipexole while emphasizing compassion for how deeply this condition disrupts sleep and quality of life.

I switched to a memory foam mattress and pillow to ease the pain in my shoulders, back and hips. Best investment I ever made. Both the mattress and pillow are made by Sealy.
