Tension and anxiety causes pain to be heightened so staying as calm and relaxed as possible is a key to living with this condition. Getting an accurate diagnosis is sometimes very difficult because the symptoms of fibro cross over so many other conditions, but a good GP who is knowledgeable about fibro should be able to check your symptoms.

Well..... maybe look for a Dr that is knowledgeable and believes it's real not in your head. Maybe it's something that can be fixed. Good Luck
