Hi. My name is a Susie Cassady. When I try to engage in physical activities like clean he house, pull weeds in the garden, spend 45 minutes walking through the grocery store I get a pain in my lower back. It is sharp & demands that I sit down. I know I have arthritis. Fine. But this pain is somehow different.

Members strongly connected over how debilitating lower back pain has become in their daily lives, with many describing sharp pain that forces them to stop activities like housework, gardening, or grocery shopping. Several members shared overlapping causes including past injuries, arthritis, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and hip misalignment, with treatments ranging from physical therapy and chiropractic care to ice packs, heat therapy, and spinal fusion surgery. A recurring theme was learning to recognize personal limits, pacing activities to prevent flare-ups, and advocating for better medical care when doctors dismiss concerns or fail to provide helpful solutions.

Does it feel like your spine can crumble any minute too sometimes?

Yes I am the same as well. Every activity takes a toll. I know I have only so much I can do in a day before my body will shut down.

I've been recommended alternative hot and cold. In the past I've felt like my spine is going to crumble but not any more. I think my brain is coping with all the other things going on.
Hoping for a pain free day to you all x
