Members offered numerous strategies for managing cold feet, cramps, and pins and needles, with popular remedies including Epsom salt soaks, heating pads, elevation, magnesium oil, and essential oils like peppermint and AromaSiez for muscle relaxation. Several members found relief through supplements like theracurmin for hands, feet, and vision, ginger and turmeric for neuropathy, and regular podiatrist visits for cortisone shots every two to six months to improve walking comfort. A recurring theme was the value of connecting with others through support groups like Magnesium Advocacy on Facebook to share practical tips and feel less alone in managing fibromyalgia symptoms.

Have you tried Mag Oil? If you are on Facebook there's a great group called Magnesium Advocacy, they have a lot of great suggestions for the neuropathy. Also Ginger and turmeric help with that quite a bit. I can add you to the group if you want to look me up on FB https://www.facebook.com/Suzanne.Horton66 There are also some really good resources on Fb for fibro suffers. It helps to interact with others and know that it's not just you :) Have a good day

I have the same experience with my feet. Warm socks or foot soaks in lavender Epsom salts helps. Also, I go to a podiatrist and get shots in my feet twice a year and that helps me to walk more comfortably. And...welcome to the forum. It helps to talk about this nasty disorder with others!
