My level was low and I live in the NW so that makes sense. Been taking Vit D for yrs and just recently went off and am taking Calcium that has D in it and been taking multi bit for yrs
Keep adding D. If you are low, it increases your fatigue.
My vitamin D has been just under normal for years and my magnesium was low where they had to give me a bag IV. Make sure your Doctors check that too it's common for us that have Fibromyalgia.
