Yes. I get it on my face like a butterfly but also on my arms, stomach, neck and lower back. I freaked out it could be Lupus but was tested and it came back negative. It seems to happen when I crash or have too much coffee.

You guys might want to get checked for lupus. My Rheumatologist asked me specifically if I ever got rash on my face like you described. She wanted to make sure I didn't have lupus since my mother has it. She said that's one of the hallmark signs.
